Show Some Valentine’s Day Love to Your Car

St. Valentine’s Day is an annual celebration of romance, love, friendship, and appreciation. Why not show how much you love and appreciate your car this valentine? Throughout the year, we usually don’t treat our cars well and take it for granted. This Valentine’s Day let’s show it some love and consideration. Fancy dinner, chocolate, and flowers are definitely out of the question. Here are ways in which you can show your appreciation for the car in your life and all it does for you all year round.
 
A Full-Service: Three important things that must be done when getting your car serviced: oil and filter changes, tire pressure checks, and fluid top-ups. A full service on your car typically includes top ups of the brake fluid and antifreeze, brake checks, inspection of the engine, wheel bearings and shock absorbers, and inspection/replacement of filters of the air conditioning system. Getting your car tuned-up will enhance its performance, increase your fuel economy, and extend the life of your engine. 
 
Inside and Out Cleaning: Nothing shows love than carefully detailing your car on the outside and inside. You spend a lot of time in your vehicle, it should be kept clean. Whether you head to your local car wash or do it yourself, give your car a well-deserved spring cleaning. Wash away all that grime and dirt accumulated from the winter. Get the interiors cleaned by vacuuming it and do away with all that trash that accumulates every day. You can also give it a wax to get it perfectly shine. 
 
Tire Checks: Tires require regular rotation to ensure safety. Worn tires increase the risk of losing grip and hydroplaning in wet conditions, so it's crucial that your tires are checked and have the correct tread depth. Your tires keep you safe on the road and give you a smooth ride. If tires are worn, buying new tires is the ultimate valentine, I love my car gesture.
